Open communication and a carefully planned customer care system add up to a pleasant homebuying experience for you. Your Community Sales Manager will be your point of contact from the purchase of your new home through settlement, available to answer your questions and to meet with you for scheduled appointments.
BE OUR GUEST! Monthly we hold a Meet Your Builder Night for new Atlantic Builders homebuyers where you will have the opportunity to meet representatives from the sales, construction, administration, and warranty teams who will take you step by step through the Atlantic Builders experience. This is a great opportunity to meet new neighbors and to ask questions of the Atlantic Builders team.

At your Pre-construction Meeting, you will meet with your Community Sales Manager and Project Manager to provide an overview of every major step. You will review plans, including your new home site, lot, selected options, and construction schedule, as well as learn what to expect in the upcoming months as your home is built.
Your Pre-Drywall Orientation allows you to tour your home and observe it after the mechanical stage. During this time, you will be able to see the framework for your rooms and
confirm options selections, locations of doors, windows, and closets, as well as your electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
At your Pre-settlement demonstration, you will be welcomed to your new home and its features will be demonstrated. During this meeting we will discuss maintenance, our limited warranty program, and most importantly, confirm that we have delivered your new home with all selections correctly installed.
Prior to the closing of your home, you will have the opportunity to review any discrepancies noted during your pre-settlement demonstration and confirm that we have met expectations as outlined in the Atlantic Builder's Homebuyer Manual.
We recognize that timing is vital in planning your move and locking in your loan, which is why we schedule your settlement approximately 30 days before closing. Your team will review your closing documents with you. Finally, at the end of settlement you will be given the keys to your new home.
