Our experience with Atlantic Builders has been outstanding. We first viewed the Villas at Snowden in November, 2006. Pauline Dent was very thorough in explaining the layout of the Villas and extremely helpful in assisting us in selecting a lot. During the lot selection process, and throughout the construction, she and Tommy Seal were always there to help us. Similarly, Melanie Edwards at the Design Center guided us through the selection of options.
During the "punch list" process, Mark Means was always there to take care of the small things that needed correcting. Larry Bowles was timely in taking care of the warranty items.

I like the floor plan- size of rooms. The patio entrance is my favorite. This has been a wonderful, relatively stress free process, thanks to the fantastic employees at the Villas at Snowden. Tommy and his team have gone above and beyond (even contacting the company managing the HOA about taking care of the yard upkeep – cutting the grass and maintaining the entrance). This has gone much smoother than experiences my parents and friends have had with other builders.
